TSB out for oil filler tube emulsion

Yup, I was changing my dad's oil in his 01 Dak and copied the part numbers
for his little thingamadoohickey in the oil filler tube (4.7L).

I called about getting one today and there is a TSB out for 99-2k 4.7L's.
