I couldn't agree more, Jon; that's always been the Dak's forte to me. I
was really looking forward to an all-new Dakota that looked like the
Power Wagon concept and had a beefy HEMI in it, but it doesn't appear
that it will happen. A HEMI Dak, yes, but not the Power Wagon. I've
always wanted to have a HEMI in my Dak and lusted after the HEMI Dak that
runs up in Canada. Unfortunately, installing a HEMI would mean changing
everything else in the drive train and it just wasn't worth it.
I never really thought that much about the Viper engine in a truck, but,
seeing that truck and reading the performance numbers was too much to
resist!
