  Maybe... :-) Usually when that happens, it was an abnormal situation
which hasn't occured since (misfire perhaps?) and so the computer has
shut off the MIL. There may still be a "secondary" code stored, but
probably not anything that will show up using the key on-off method -
you would need to hook it up to a scanner. And even then, you might
not find anything, if a secondary code has not been stored, or has
since been cleared out. Doesn't hurt to try though.
