HELP!! Fan belt problem

I tried to change the fan belt on my 98 V6, and I was unabe to move the
tensioner. I even had an abled-bodied freind try, but even he couldn't get
it to budge. The belt is the original factory belt, so it needs changed
ASAP.

Any Ideas?
