Headers on 4.7L Pro or Con?

Fellow Dakoka owners, I've been getting conflicting information regarding
headers on a '02 Dak with 4.7L 5-Speed.

I would like any information you have on good or bad experiences with
shortie (cat4ward) headers. Any technical specs would also help me in this
fairly expensive addition.
