Quieter Knob Option for Hurst Shift Kit

I installed the Hurst shift kit a couple of months
ago and did not like the noisy knob that came with
it. Just by chance I bid on a Nascar 50 year anniversary
knob on ebay and received it the other day. After I
installed it, I was pleasantly surprised to find out it
made little if no noise at all. I think the universal fittings
that came with it, made the difference.
