Back in May, you asked about the three copper gaskets that
were put on the MP (Leach) collector/Y-pipe for my '97.

I went to a speed shop who was having a midnight, fire
sale yesterday and saw some copper gaskets hanging
on a wall. They're made by Specialty Component Engineering
(SCE). The store was too busy to get any part numbers but
I see that Summit Racing carries their product line.

Hey Bob,
your memory is pretty amazing. I put Mr. Gasket Ultra Seal gaskets on the
Dak, and they've been holding up great. I think they only cost me about 8
bucks, and I did the installation. The muffler shop guy wanted 100 bucks to
do it, and wouldn't guarantee they wouldn't leak... "I kaint guarantee it
won't leak, ya got them headers on thar".

Talking about deals on stuff... I was in Discount Auto Parts yesterday, and
they had Water Wetter on clearance at 25% off. Too bad I just bought a
bottle of DEI Radiator Relief!

Thanks for the heads up on the gaskets!
