I agree...also use a roller for wallpaper/boarders...works much better than
the usual blade that is provided...

Most of the guys I know just use a tablespoonful of dishwashing
detergent
in a quart of water and put it in a spray bottle. Spray the door and the
adhesive side, line it up and squeegee the water out. Let it sit for a day
