  Jon,

  According to the info I have, 45 is tranny related. But, according to
my info, the MIL light should be on with a 45... Probably the only thing
you can check is to make sure your fluid level is correct. There are
about 10 different things a code 45 could be - you'll need to have it
looked at with a code scanner to narrow it down further.
