hey there... this is actually, the first DML message i read. about the hood
scoop, i hate to burst your bubble, but i'm not keen on it. i agree with
Magnum S/T in saying that the original lines of the truck are the optimal
lines. i think the truck looks good from the front, but (in my opinion) the
sides of the truck look bad. i think it has to do with the black accents of
the fender flares.

just my 2 cents.

All I can say is "LESS IS MORE". A cowl hood definitely looks sweet, but
IMHO...for what its worth...that scoop simply doesn't match well with the
rest of the truck.

Tha Dak has a nice aero/ergodynamic theme (one of the reasons I bought
mine)....and that scoop simply does not fit that theme...of course that's
just my 0.2...but ya asked :)

As far as whether its WRONG to have it...HELL NO! It's your truck and you
can do anything ya want to personalize it...but if mom is willing to drop
the dough for some other mods in its place....hmmm :) Might be worth thinkin
about....you'll get more mods and your mom's approval at the same time...now
how often can that happen.
