I've managed to do "the Grind" a couple of times myself. If you just pull
the stick straight back it'll grind...If ya release a bit of pressure, it'll
slip into fourth...I don't have a lot of experience with other Dodges (this
is the first stick I've had in a MoPar), but ALMOST every other vehicle with
a manual tranny would do it at one time or another...
