Crate Engine Question

I'm planning on later this summer taking out my V6 and putting in a 360 V8.
Do the crate engines come pre wired for the harness to plug into the PCM, or
is that something else I'll need. Also, does anyone have any
recomendations for an automatic tranny for this bad boy?
