Bill,
I used to us Thrush Mufflers some time a go. I had a set of them
bolted to the header collectors on a built MOPAR small block.
As I remember, they are LOUD! Also, the construction wasn't
that strong and wouldn't last as long as a Flowmaster or Gibson.
But, for a short term fix, you sure will be able to hear it...
Maybe some ear plugs as an option.
