Here is a update on where we are at on this :
Because the U.S. Postal Service is working a little slower
due to recent world events, and at least (1) DMLer is located in Canada and
would like to also get in on this
group buy as well. Not all the orders that have been sent
have been received here.
Orders not received, But on the way:

Members who made inquiries, but I have not heard back from:

I will hold off submitting the order until the all orders are
accounted for.
Any of you who sent inquiries to my old e-mail address
before my e-mail problems started, I still have those messages. And yes that
E-mail address still works I can be reached thru it.
Due to technical problems I was unable to post to the DML using that E-mail
address, this was the reason for the change.
