Try the instructions on John Smith's site http://www.fast4x4.net/ Click on
"Pages on this site" then "How to's" and "Roller Rockers". They're install
instructions, but they should help with adjustment. I used these when I
installed my roller rockers 6000 miles ago and I haven't had to re-adjust
them(yet).
