RE: Warranty Question...

If your warranty is about up there is no debate. If you don't get your
truck in there now with all the flaws you know about you'll get nowhere with
them after the warranty expires. Don't worry about emission parts, they're
warranted for 80K+ miles. Anything you can think of that you feel is
flawed, make sure you advise them of the defect, even if it's a regular
maintenance item. It never hurts to just let them know. That way when you
have an argument 2,000 miles after expiration you can refer back. A lot of
times they'll see things your way when you do that.

Subject: DML: Warranty Question...

Hello all! My 2000 QC is approaching the 30K warranty (didn't get the
extended when I bought it). I debating if I should take it to the dealer and
have them have a look to see if all is OK before the warranty expires. What
do you all think? If I do, what things would you suggest to get fixed that
are covered under the warranty?
Thanks.
Josh
