Doggy,
Here is what I believe is a similar product, except according to the website
you don't have to replenish. It's a one time deal into your fuel tank, and
is suppose to last the liftime of your vehicle. I read about it Sport Truck
magazine.

Subject: DML: platinum vapor injector ?

hello people, as i was pondering my massive 16 mpg, i was handed an ad for
PVI, platinum vapor injector. This says it helps pass emmissions tests(which
have just arrived in southern ontario). It also says it adds anywhere from
10 to 35% increase in mpg. I dont know anything about the price since it was
nt in the ad(not a good sign i suppose). And the basics is that it is a
little bottle which hooks with a t-connector to your best vacuum line, and
it adds small amounts of this liquid in and is supposed to help burn fuel.
Any thoughts on this??
the site is www.pvitech.com
the mechanic who is selling is also drives a gaspig and says it has helped
out his mpg(an older ram)
Imagine, a magnum 5.2, getting 25 mpg, sounds like a bull to me.
thanks guys.
