tranny service cost

well the stealer says they will adjust the bands, clean the pan, flush the
fluid, change the filter, new gasket and check/adjust linkages for $120.00,
plus cost of parts.

what's a filter, gasket, and fluid run these days?

will they adjust the TB cable, that I still haven't got right?
