Jon,
   Mine does the same thing. Somone said that when it sits over night that
rust forms on the drums. Mine locks up the first 3-4 times i hit my brakes
in the morning. Usually when it has rained or the humidity is high. It's
been doing it for over 70k miles and it has 115k on it now. Still on
original back breaks.
