There was a TSP on the clock spring and also something about steering
column wiring. I'd check with the dealer about it. If You work on it
yourself, Make sure you pull the air bag fuses. It sounds like a broken wire
or a bad connection in the column. Coming from pin #6 in the multi-function
switch.
Pins 6 & 9 = lo beam and pin 8 & 9 = hi-beam. Bill
