I got that code a couple of times, and my engine was eating O2 sensors at
about one per 5000 miles, it turned out to be oil leaking out of the top
shifter seal and shorting out the O2 sensor. Sounds weird, but the dodge
mechanic that fixed it came up with that one. I thought he was an idiot, but
it turns out he was right, 25,000 miles later, not a problem.
Another time, the vent tube going to the filler neck was pinched and was not
venting, the fuel tank had a vacuum and little fuel was getting to the
engine. Vent tube was fixed, problem never re-occurred.
