IMHO, if it's been taken care of, 109k is just getting started!
I bought my 92 6 months ago with 92k on the clock. I've put 8k on it since.
That 93 has averaged less than 10k miles per year, that's below average
mileage. If the price was right, I'd buy it.
Just make sure the clutch isn't in need of replacement, or if so, the price
should reflect that.
