Methinks you misunderstand. It was designed to fly at that altitude and
higher. In fact on that website they say it was capable of altitudes of 100k
ft.
I'll ga ron tee it's been higher, as, 1) the F-15 Streak Eagle (not Strike)
holds the time to climb to 100k ft-The SR can fly higher than the F-15. 2) I
have been told by people involved in the program (a mechanic and flight sim
programmer) it has gone higher than 85k-just how high they won't say.

OB DAK CONTENT Started prepping the bed of the dak for paint last night. It
was so humid I wasn't sure if the primer would dry! Oh well, it won't dry
too fast!
