the book is the work and intellectual property of Chrysler, not us, so you
are in essence denying profit from them, and they have the right to sue for
restitution and lost profits.
think of this as me, ripping a CD, distributing all the songs to anyone who
wants it on DML, and then assuming that i am within my rights as the owner
of the CD to do that. its essentially the same thing.
