Dead wrong dude,
Take it from someone who has to take copyright training every 6 months and
works for a company that was the loser of the 2nd largest copyright lawsuit
in history (Kinko's). Copyright law give EXCLUSIVE right to
reproduce/transmit/etc. to the copyright holder. It doesnt matter if you're
making money on it because the copyright holder is losing money since someone
will decide not to buy their product because they got it for free somewhere
else. The only exclusion is if you are making copies for legal litigation as
part of evidence/disclosure. You're technically not even allowed to make them
for educational purposes (teachers included)
