Andy,
All we're trying to do is make this thing work so that it will benefit all
the members of the DML. If we try to find a legal solution and are
unsuccessful then so be it...scrap the idea. Until then the only thing we
can do is try to come up with ways to jump through the loop holes so as to
avoid a legal conflict of interest with DC...that's all. Like I said, if it
doesn't work, then oh well. Nothing lost.
Just my opinion...that's all. Gary has already said that he's scrapping
the idea so I suppose this thread doesn't need to go on any longer anyway.
