BTW thanks, for the help with the tool for the rear-end...the install went
great. I found out why my truck was running crappy too...I had 4 springs in
my powertrax locker broke! oh well the truck runs like a champ now!

It'll "work"...but stick with a 6x9" cone...you can't go wrong, you'll
have the extra filtration surface, and for future upgrades...it'll
handle 10# boost.

the filter part number is RE-3130. the dimensions of the cone filter is
4.5" (large end) 3.5" (small end) and 7" long. according to Bernds
calculation spreadsheet the CFM rating for the filter is 528 CFM's.
This is going on a 3.9 with some nice mods...opened V8 TB, opened intake
manifold and exhaust. according to bend's spreadsheet the motor needs
396 CFM's but wasn't sure what the needs are now that the motor is
modified...
