IAT Adjuster probs

This is for anyone who has the IAT adjuster. I installed mine last year and
I got to say....absolutely no difference when it is on or off.....no matter
where I put the dial?

I spent a good day on it when I installed it last summer...but it never
seemed to work. I'm wondering if anyone else had this prob and what the
possible solution is.

Now that it is summer again...I started thinking about it.
