yes but DC has adopted the GM paint warranty of 6 years...no matter what
mileage! they just won't tell you that at first...found that out from the
jeep GC's and the famous minivan owners...

Are you beyond the manufacture warranty?

well, yesterday was interesting...I called dodge direct and talked to a guy
about my dealer...he put me on hold and called the service manager. he
denied ever talking to me... :) funny...b/c we got in a huge argument b/c
he was rubbing my hood with rings on and scratching the truck! he won't
forget me ever...I made damn sure of that! well, then he went back and
finally said he remembered me but the regional rep was on vacation for two
weeks...well that was over a month ago they told me that. at this point the
guy from dodge was laughing at how dumb the service manager is! finally, he
said that he will contact the reg. rep immediately...still no word as of
today.

well, I have a corporate complaint against the dealer as well as dodge has a
file on my paint issue... :) finally getting somewhere...

so since all this has sparked some major heated arguments I have started a
web page...I'd also like to document others as well. I left some info at
work so I'll complete it tomorrow but if you'd like to check the beginnings
out go ahead...

i don't understand that... the dealer i go to is more willing to change out
a suspect part, than argue with me about the cost. jeez... DC pays them for
the work they do. they make a killing in service charges!

Why can't you call the rep on your own? It is obvious the dealer doesn't
want you to talk to them. I wonder why? Could it be the dealer wants you to
pay for a paint job?
