Sounds like dirty battery terminal connections...clean them and tighten
them and try again

I changed the fuel filter on my Dak this morning, doing the pressure
release
of course, and decided that while I had the battery disconnected, I
would
reset the PCM as per the instructions listed on the SpeedTweaks website
(http://www.speedtweaks.net/Tips_Tricks.htm#ResetPCM).
Now the damned thing won't start! Yes, the battery is hooked up
properly,
and there is power available, as the dash lights come on, the fan blows
air,
etc. But there is no cranking going on. Any help is of course greatly
appreciated.
