Tim,
I'll be staying down at my parents home in Littlestown. That's about 45mi
south off Rt15. Beats driving up from VA both days.

yea, I know the feeling...I had the front bumper painted to prevent the
famous chipping of the black paint and the rust...well, now when a rock it's
the bumper it takes the yellow paint right off but of course the black below
is just fine...I wanted everything taken off and redone! ARG... now Dodge
is at fault for crappy paint procedures.

hey, that sounds great! my custom interior that was supposed to be done for
Carlisle will be luck to be done by next years Carlisle! I'll have the
pieces in but they won't be painted.

are you staying at the DML hotel?

Hi Tim,
The neighborhood kids decided the paint looked to nice, so between the
bicycles, footballs, (and one thrown rock from a dump truck) I had some
touch-up paint work done last year at a local body shop. They were suppose
to remove all the door guard trim before painting. I informed them I
planned on removing the trim at a later date and wanted the panels to be
smooth and color matching. Well, this past weekend was the later date. I
removed the trim only to find tape lines where they cut off their paint
work, and of course the paint doesn't match.
I'm going to buff off the scratches tonight and give them a call about
correcting the unsatisfactory work. Why can't people do what you ask?
Especially when you're paying for it! I really planned on having it truly
show ready this year. Oh well, guess we'll look toward next year for that.

I spoke to Greg Conner earlier and we had a little laugh. We talked about
hanging a sign between our trucks "Under Construction". Yeah, come on down
and we'll all park together; "Bone Yard Parking"!

Been on vacation for the last week, and just now catching up on email. I'll
be there Sat & Sun, but most likely with screwed up paint this year.
