Yep, I went through several times on Friday. (I was the first truck
through after the backhoe churned it up too.) I actually did go through
once on Saturday, it was just as everyone was heading up to the barn
for the BBQ; most of the vehicles were gone already, and I drove through
the pit on my way up. I stayed out of the pit on Saturday for the most
part just because it was so busy. There were a lot of people there who had
never been in the pit, I thought for a second there that I might have to
install a traffic light. :-) Anyway, I know what the pit is like - I can
go through it 365 days a year if I want, so I figured I'd let everyone else
play while I got it on video. It'd be one thing if everybody who was
going through it was getting stuck (i.e. a challenge; lets drive this Ram
through where the Jeeps are getting stuck) but for whatever reason, that
wasn't happening - I guess it was a case of having nothing to prove. :-)
