Canuck,
You have a "late model" (close ratio) NV3500 tranny. Back between the
'95-'96 Daks, the ratios changed. Here are the ratios for the "late model"
NV3500. If anyone is interested in the "early model" (wide ratio), let me
know and I'll post them along with how you determine which one you have.
(The only difference was 1st & 2nd gear. 3rd - 5th are identical.) Guess I
might as well list the first two gears for the wide ratio. First 4.016:1,
Second 2.318:1
Rich - Ashburn, VA

First 3.49:1
Second 2.16:1
Third 1.401:1
Fourth 1:1
Fifth .729:1

Reverse 3.55:1
