had a strange feeling driving the truck today, open the hood, passenger side
control arm bushing is dead, what's the dealer cost to repair this, looks
like allot of labour. Punch
I just did a repair on mine last month, 98 4x2 CC 318. At 8,000 miles,
factory replaced the pass side control arm, and said "your ceramic coated SS
headers cooked it". I got another 52,000 miles on top of that (sure -
headers fault - right) and they still weren't too bad, but going. Went
to 4-wheel parts to have it done, major front end tear apart to do it,
took them 2 days, and a botched alignment. Alignment still isn't right.
Ride doesn't seem all that different. Mike Los Angeles
