Look in the DML FAQs. Andy Levy pointed them out yesterday.

Hold the odometer reset button in while turning the key to ON. After a
quick ODO diagnostic, the needles will all move together to 3 predefined
reference points. This is the "self-check diagnostic" and is outlined
on pages 8E-6 thought 8E-8 of the '99 FSM. The reference points can be
found at

If you do the instrument gauge test it'll show you where the needles
should
be.

I did the gauges in mine.

First does he have the old gauge face I took this and with a few cuts
with a razor blade I made a mount for the Indiglo plate by then super
gluing the two together this keeps the new face in the right position.

Second getting them accurate unfortunately I did this by know what they
were before I started, the only suggestion I have is to disassemble the
dash and while it is apart try running the engine and driving the truck
then adjusting the needles to get it accurate.

Third as to the "sticking" when you push the needles back onto the pins
don't push it all the way just place them so they are snug this stops
the needle from dragging on the face and hence sticking.

Hope this helps

OK, my friend isntalled indiglo gauges on my truck. First off, how do I
get
them accurrate, they are wholly inaccurated.

Second, they stick, especially my speedo, how do I fix this?

And finally, just Saturday they've started going out at night leaving
only
the needles glowing, sometimes they come back on, then back off, it's
all
random. WHAT THE HECK?!?!

My friend really messed this stuff up. Please help! LOL
