I'm stuck. The really weird thing is that the computer evidently thinks
nothing is wrong, as I can't get any trouble codes out of it. It's like
it's stuck in idle mode, as it seems to stay in closed loop even if I
open the throttle. It helps a little bit if I pump the gas pedal while
it's still warming up, but that'll only get it up to about 800 RPM.
