15HP increase? Now that I've wiped away the tears of laughter let me say No
Way In He**. With all the stuff Bernd has done at Speedtweaks, if this were
to work, he'd have done it long ago. I bought a Tornado for my truck and at
least they only claimed a varied increase in HP and performance and that
was only at about 5HP or so. I'd stay as far away as possible.
