Does it happen more when you press the brakes or is it there all the
time?

I have recently been getting some vibration coming from the front end.
My gut (and feet) feels like it is the brake shoes hitting a warped
rotor. Sometimes it feels like it is happening all the time and it's
like a grinding noise.
I will admit that I haven't been good at rotating the tires, but it
doesn't seem like that. Had that before on a Ranger and this is
completely different.
Is the bearings going or am I going to have to replace the brakes again?
I had the dealer replace them at 12k and I have 54k now.
