Was it purchased in California? If it was then you have to be the luckiest
person. You have the dealer by the scrotems, if you know what I mean.

There are two items you can do in this situation but first you have to prove
that in writing they sold you a car that was not in an accident.

1) You could find a lawyer and go after the dealer.
2) Or, have the dealer replace the vehicle and some compensation for the
mistake.

When I purchased the Roush Mustang, it was Roush's beta demo unit. What was
described on the MSRP and the Roush's decal was altered. It revealed a
different VIN number.

When I mentioned this to the dealer they just began to trip over there own
feet to accommodate my wish list. LOL

Never saw this appear on list, let me know if it did.

Guys,
My daughter bought a 2001 Volvo demonstrator from the dealer and they
signed a discloser that the car had never been wrecked. WELL, now there is
rust showing up on the passenger door and the passenger seat has had a seam
in the leather re-sewed.
I told her to look for any signs of over sprayed paint under the door on
the floor pan and frame and look for signs of welds that appear on the
passenger side and don't appear on the drivers side. If it can be proven
that the car was wrecked what would you all suggest the recourse should be.
"Replace the car" or what. Bill
