Roar?? Are you reading my post? Mine doesn't roar it just doesn't seem
to be strong enough to stop the wheels rotating. I've stood on the
brakes as strong as I could and I still can't get it to lock up the
front tires. I don't have the 4 wheel ABS so it should do that.
Talked to the dealership today and they are baffled as well. I'll take
it in next week and see what they can do.

yes that is the clutch fan engaged making the roar, Normal, And the
brakes,
Normal.. part of the ABS system. try and adjust the rear shoes up some,
this
helped me out also..
