Great! I'll replace the filter tomorrow when I change the oil.
Just like my old Volvos. The one in the tank was called the "sock" and the
inline filter was near the frame rail, next to the main fuel pump. Yes, they
had TWO pumps. One, high volume, low pressure, in the tank, with a sock, and
next to the frame rail under the rear seat was the high pressure pump, along
with a filter.
Had BOTH fail at the same time on my 84 240. I must be cursed.
Both pumps and filters still didn't cost as much as replacing my Dak's pump.
