I've checked mine with both a volt meter and a scanner. At WOT mine reads
3.7 VDC and my scanner shows it as 99% open. It reads .6 volts at idle.

I've seen the printouts of runs on a Stock Eliminator Dakota running 12
seconds in the quarter and theirs read 3.something as well. The FSM
indicates the voltage could be as high as 4.8 but I've never seen one read
that high.
