At WOT, my scanner shows TPS voltage at 3.75 and throttle position at 100%.
I carry back-up sensors and my other TPS at WOT shows 3.73 with throttle
position of 100%.

That 4.8 VDC (actually 4.75) appears most of the time in efi literatures and
may be so for other makes but I've never seen it for our Dakotas.

Regarding the 74% open, if you haven't done so, get a bud to hold the gas
pedal to the floor while you visually look to see if your throttle plates are
really wide open. You could use the throttle lever at the tb but it's more
accurate using the pedal (real world situation).
