There is a clown running around Austin with an Explodition that meets that
description as well. Black with chromed 20's and little tiny rubber band
tires. Looks like something out of a cartoon :)

There's a dipsh*t here in town with a big ol' black Suburban that has 20
polished wheels with 40 series tires on it an it looks funny as hell. Really
weird looking because it looks like the wheels are so small in proportion to
the wheel wells.
