402 Magnum(435hp) crate motor swap?

I was browsing around and came across the Magnum crate motors(again) and the
402 crate motor looks like a he!! of an engine to swap into our trucks.
However, Mopar says it's not recommended for A/C or factory MPI.
I know several people on this list sell/promote their own strokers. But this
motor is all brand new, factory assembled and sells for thousands$$ less
than the strokers.

Why can't this be made to work(easily)?
