The best unmarked car I've ever seen was when I lived in Denver. The Aurora
cops have a silver Intrepid with tinted windows, no marking, no antennae,
the only lights are on the sun visors when they flip them down, and a really
cool bar across the rear deck (which looks like a really wide third brake
light when it's off). Sneaky little buggers.
