A TSB is not necessarily a warranty item. Technical Service Bulletins are
meant for the mechanics to tell them how to service a specific problem, not
necessarily a warranted item. So the answer to your question is: Probably
not, unless the TSB deals with a recall or with something you've had done to
your Dak before and the problem is still an issue.
