I did change out all the hoses and flushed it while I had the water pump
off Bernd. I tried to overheat the other day as I got stuck in a slow
drive thru at BK, first it has ever done that.

Rick,
Change out the hoses (it's really not that hard) and also try to flush
out the radiator. I don't know why the Flowkooler is making it run
hotter unless there's a restriction in the system somewhere (or the
radiator is just "grunged up").

That is high Alex. I prefer 50-60k miles to change out mine, just did
them but also put on a new water pump, a Flowkooler now too. I must say
though, the Flowkooler actually makes my engine run hotter, not cooler
as it is advertised. Rascal

I was wondering how often you guys change out your radiator hoses? I've
got 67k miles on her and though the hoses look fine, I was thinking of
changing them. I just hate dealing with anti-freeze and the mess it
makes and having to dispose of it. I got a quotes of around $175 from a
couple of local shops. Seems high considering the parts are about $50
and the labor is simple.
