front end rebuild

If I was gonna do a complete front end suspension refresh on my 92 4x2 cc
what parts would you all reccomend??

Poly bushings, wheel bearings, ball joints, tie rod end. I've put shocks on
about 3k ago. Anything else

What about the springs... I've got 160K on the dak. Are there any
(non-lowering) performance springs available? should I replace the spring
pads (poly???)
