sure sounds like they didn't hook the shocks back up. When you hit the bump,
the axle comes up and hits the stops. I would take a quick look at the shocks
and bolts. try to get the arse end to bounce up and down by jumping up and
down on the bumper. that should tell you if the shocks are working. it
shouldn't bounce real easy.
